John Taylor graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Queensland in 1980 and completed his radiology training at the Royal Brisbane Hospital (1984–1988).

John joined South Coast Radiology as a partner in 1989. He has held Visiting Medical Officer positions at the Gold Coast and Tweed Districts Hospitals.

John’s interest areas include all aspects of radiology, especially echocardiography, routine interventional radiology, angiography and MRI.

John is actively involved in the practice, particularly in the areas of staff development and in-service training.
