Aaron Wilkinson

General Manager

Aaron joined South Coast Radiology in March 2021 as Operations Manager and stepped into the role of General Manager in September 2024. With a strong background in commercial leadership and business development across radiology and the wider healthcare sector, Aaron brings both experience and a practical, people-focused approach to his work.

In his role, Aaron oversees the ongoing operational and financial performance of the business, with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and clinical excellence. He is passionate about ensuring the community has access to advanced technology and expert care. Delivered through high-quality, efficient, and genuine customer-focused diagnostic imaging services of which South Coast Radiology has provided for more than 50 years and will continue to do so.

Fun Fact: Relocated to the Gold Coast 15 years ago from South Australia.  Despite the loss of great wine regions and connection to AFL, Carlton is AFL club of allegiance for far too long and all to painful!

Jessica Moore

Administration State Manager

Jess is the Administration State Manager for Queensland at SCR, leading diverse multidisciplinary teams across Booking Centres, Reception, Business Support Services, and Clerical Training & Education.

Jess began her radiology career in 2008 with WA Country Health and joined SCR in 2014, progressing through various roles in the administrative space, including Administration Services Manager, before stepping into the Administration State Manager role across the South Coast Radiology and Imaging Queensland brands in 2025.

Responsible for driving operational efficiency, implementing process improvements and technology enhancements, while leading high performing teams and administrative functions that support both staff effectiveness and patient care.

Paul Cracknell

Regional Manager – North

Paul began his career with SCR in 2002 as a new-graduate radiographer. After 18 months with the organisation, he moved to the UK to work and travel.

Upon returning to SCR, he commenced at JFH Hospital and progressed through MRI training. He was later promoted to Radiographer in Charge, a role he held for 11 years before transitioning into the Regional Manager position.

Paul is committed to fostering a supportive team environment and embracing new technology and workflow improvements to ensure an exceptional patient experience as SCR enters its next chapter.

Brent Cullen

Regional Manager – South

With 14 years at South Coast Radiology, Brent oversees the operational and management functions of our southern clinics.

A radiographer by background with advanced training in MRI, he brings deep clinical insight and a people-focused leadership style to the role.

Brent is passionate about continuous learning, supporting staff to upskill, and creating an environment where both people and business can thrive. He is driven by seeing teams succeed and the organisation grow in capability and service.

Fun Facts:
A lifelong Canberra Raiders fan, Brent’s devotion is so strong that his wife vowed on their wedding day to take him to the NRL Grand Final if the Raiders ever made it and when they did. He also completed work experience at Taronga Zoo as part of the free-flight bird show.

Kate Edwards

Clerical Manager - North

Kate began her journey with South Coast Radiology many years ago as a Dark Room Attendant, later training and progressing into a Medical Receptionist role.

She went on to become the 2IC at the busy Pindara Hospital X-ray clinic before stepping into the position of CIC at the newly opened Robina Clinic.

Throughout her career, Kate has worked across numerous SCR sites, building a strong understanding of both clinic operations and the patients we care for.

Today, she proudly supports teams in her role as Clerical Regional Manager for SCR’s Northern clinics.

Kate is deeply passionate about healthcare and is proud to contribute to an organisation that puts patients at the centre of everything it does.

Outside of work, she’s a devoted AFL Cats supporter and loves escaping in her caravan whenever she gets the chance.

Belinda Fitzgerald

Clerical Manager - South

Belinda is the South Clerical Regional Manager at South Coast Radiology and has been part of the SCR family since 2016.

She has worked in radiology since the age of 19, gaining experience across a wide range of areas including the dark room (back in those days!), reception, hospital sites, training coordination, and as the Clerical in Charge at John Flynn Hospital.

This diverse background has given her a deep understanding of both the operational and patient-experience sides of radiology.

Fun Fact: She’s adventurous at heart and loves anything outdoors - especially when it involves the ocean, her happy place. She also loves cooking!

Craig Collins

Nuclear Medicine Regional Manager

Craig is the Nuclear Medicine Services Manager at South Coast Radiology and has been part of the SCR team for more than 10 years. He oversees Nuclear Medicine and PET services across the Gold Coast, as well as regional centres in Toowoomba and Mackay. Craig also oversees the management of Nuclear Medicine across all Integral Diagnostics (IDX) sites in Australia and New Zealand as the Group Nuclear Medicine Services Manager.

With extensive clinical experience in PET/CT, SPECT/CT, and Nuclear Medicine therapies, Craig is dedicated to ensuring every patient receives safe, accurate, and reassuring care.

Craig brings a casual yet professional leadership style, creating a welcoming team culture where staff feel supported and confident in their roles. His open, people-focused approach helps foster strong teamwork and contributes to a calm, positive experience for patients across all sites.

Fun fact: Craig fancies himself a bit of a MacGyver and is often known for coming up with creative fixes using the most basic items.

Haylee Moran

Sonographer Regional Manager

Haylee is the Sonographer Regional Manager at South Coast Radiology. She commenced her career at Mackay Radiology in 2015 as a student sonographer and spent nine years developing her clinical and leadership skills within the practice. During this time, she progressed into management roles, including Site Supervisor, before relocating to the Gold Coast in 2024 to join the Sonographer Lead Committee.

In her current role, Haylee leads and supports Sonographers across South Coast Radiology, with a strong focus on education, technical excellence, and maintaining high standards in ultrasound practice. She is passionate about creating a positive and supportive work environment and values opportunities for continual learning and meaningful career development.

Haylee brings extensive clinical experience across all areas of ultrasound, including advanced vascular, musculoskeletal, and women’s imaging. She is deeply committed to ensuring every patient receives a positive experience and the highest standard of care. With a keen interest in streamlining processes and improving efficiency, Haylee enjoys exploring innovative ways to enhance workflow and support her team in their day-to-day work.

Fun Fact: If she is not spending her spare time at home with her adorable miniature Dachshund, Frankie, Haylee can be found jetting around the world. She has been to over 20 countries so far and counting.

MRI Modality Lead

Nathasha is the MRI Modality lead at South Coast Radiology. She joined SCR in 2023, bringing years of hands-on clinical experience alongside a strong focus on leadership, patient safety and technical excellence. Known for a calm, approachable and supportive leadership style, Nathasha leads staff development, upholds high technical and MRI safety standards and drives service improvements that strengthen team performance and patient care.

Fun fact: Outside of work she loves exploring Queensland beaches with her mischievous Cavoodle, Dora or tackling a DYI project.

Morgan Hunt

Business Relationship Manager

Morgan is the Business Relationships Manager for South Coast Radiology, with oversight of the Referrer Relationship Specialist team across Mackay, Toowoomba and the Gold Coast. She is responsible for developing and delivering referrer engagement strategies that strengthen clinical partnerships, support service growth and ensure alignment between referrer expectations and operational capability. 

With over 10 years’ experience in the radiology sector, Morgan brings a strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and referral behaviour. Working closely with clinical, operational and leadership teams, Morgan takes a collaborative and data-informed approach to relationship management, contributing to consistent service delivery, sustainable performance and high-quality patient care across the network. 

Fun Fact: In her teenage years, Morgan was a cheerleader and performed in halftime entertainment at NRL Grand Finals and State of Origin games.

Jake Avakian

Marketing Manager

Jake brings more than 20 years of marketing experience across the Hospitality, Health, Leisure and Property sectors. He joined Integral Diagnostics in 2022 and oversees the strategic marketing and promotion of our Queensland radiology practices. 

In his role, Jake leads all marketing initiatives, brand strategy, communications, referrer engagement and community development programs, ensuring our practices are recognised as leading providers across the Gold Coast, Toowoomba and Mackay regions. 

Fun fact: Jake has a beaglier called Baxter, named after the dog in the movie Anchorman.

Kristy Wilkinson

Business Support Service Manager

Kristy is one of the Business Support Services Managers at South Coast Radiology, working alongside Lauren Douglas and jointly overseeing multiple specialist administrative teams across the business.

Kristy moved to the Gold Coast from Brisbane nine years ago with no prior experience in radiology and began her journey at SCR as a clerical team member. Within her first year, she progressed into a Site Clerical Manager role, where she spent three years leading teams and managing day-to-day site operations. Following this, and while balancing another new role of motherhood after her first child, Kristy stepped into the Business Support Services Manager role, later welcoming her second child while continuing to grow her leadership responsibilities.

With hands-on experience across front-line administration, site leadership and business support functions, Kristy brings a practical, people-focused approach to managing multiple teams. She is passionate about building strong team culture, supporting operational consistency, and driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and patient care across the organisation.

Fun Fact: Kristy moved to the Gold Coast to be with her partner of just one year — shortly after, he took a job in the mines. Somehow, they’ve managed to build a life, raise two children, and grow two great careers along the way.

Lauren Douglas

Business Support Services Manager

Lauren is one of the Business Support Services Managers at South Coast Radiology, leading multiple specialist administrative teams across Bookings, Service Coordination & Support, RIS-PACS and Accounts Receivable. She joined SCR in 2017 and has built her career across both front-end and back-end administration, including managing the Bookings Centre and our John Flynn Hospital location.

Lauren is passionate about improving the way the business operates and has led many projects that streamline workflows, strengthen governance and improve how teams support patient care. Her hands-on experience across bookings, reception and hospital environments gives her a practical, end-to-end understanding of how changes on paper translate into real-world operations.

Lauren is deeply committed to developing people and strong workplace culture. She focuses on clear communication, accountability and growing future leaders, creating teams that feel confident, supported and proud of the work they do.

Fun Fact: Outside of work, Lauren runs a photography business with her husband. They specialise in weddings and have photographed over 100 couples across Australia, New Zealand, Bali and Italy.
