Philippa graduated from the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand, in 1987 before going on to complete her Radiology training in Auckland in 1996. Philippa’s has had a longtime professional association as a Consultant Paediatric Radiologist position at Starship Children’s Hospital (1996 – 2005) while working also in private practice as a General Radiologist at Mercy Radiology, Auckland.

Philippa and her family moved to Australia in early 2005, taking up a Radiologist position with Queensland Xray Services, before joining South Coast Radiology in January 2006.

Philippa’s subspecialty interest areas include Paediatric Imaging and Women’s Imaging.

While not at work, Philippa spends busy weekends enjoying the lifestyle that Southeast Queensland has to offer, with her husband and four children. Her interests include tennis and boating.
